looking to convert gds2 file format to iges or dxf

i am new to the website and i am looking to convert gdsII file format to iges or dxf for cad and ansys, more so ansys but i am also a heavy cad user. The gds II file format is a 2d detailed line drawing on the mems scale used in chip wafer design. Basically its hard to get a good program to extract the gds II file format and convert it to a iges format. i have used a trial version of a program called linkcad which is supposed to do it however when converting the gds II file to iges in cad and then to iges in Ansys curves etc becomed distorted.

Can anyone suggest an easier quicker method or program like cad that will do this converson for me?
