LT 2006 - Communication Center error - fail to create commcntrclientsink object

I have 5 Autocad 2006LT stations and 1 Autocad 2006 full version. The Communication center is set up in the full version and works fine, but the in the LT versions the communication center does not work. A warning message comes up whenever you start autocad that says "fail to create commcntrclientsink object" Note that when you click on the comm center button at the lower right hand corner of the screen it does nothing. The live update has been enable in the options as well. Any clue what is causing this. All the machines are running Windows XP Professional with service pack 2. Any help would be appreciated.

Try here ( Fail to create CommCntrClientSink object! ) and here ( fail AND create AND commcntrclientsink AND object ).
