Change Field background color

Does anyone know how to change the background color of a field, if it is even possible.
I know I can shut it off, but I would still like to know that the text is a field, I just don't need it to be as obvious as it currently is.

As far as I know ( which does not mean a lot ), it is not possible to change the Background Colour.

Correct. There is no method to change this color.
