Table trouble in Layout when use the mouse scroll wheel

When I'm inserting a table in the layout, I can make it bigger by example scrollen my mouse. The problem is that this won't stop. So everytime I 'm scrolling or trying to move the layout paper up or down, only the table goes bigger/smaller or the table moves up/down. I 've tried clicking everywhere, but the table just keeps on moving.

Normally you double click outside the Viewport or table and it is fine. Now Autocad was considering the Viewport on the entire page. So I couldn't double click outside the port. So now I double click on the gray part behind the page, if this is available.

If I am following correctly ( unlikely given my history ), have you looked at commands like...

_.PSpace
_.VpMax

OR

The "Model or Paper space" toggle button found on the AutoCAD status bar.
