    Default Civil 3d question

Map will read and write data from and ESRI ArcSDE data source on Oracle as well as SQL. The current release of Map works with Oracle. The current release of Map with the addition of a free service pack

5&linkID=2786655#section1 will work with Oracle SDE as well as SQL SDE.

THE QUESTION: The customer has Civil 3d 2006, is the same capability available in Civil3d as stated above for Map 3d (since Civil 3d is built on Map)??

Does anyone know what the answer maybe.

    Default Re: Civil 3d question

I'm not too big on this, but I was able to import/export arcinfo data such as shape files and ESRI coverage. I was also able to get it to work with our Oracle Database files. It was pretty much the same commands as in 2005.
