    Default Docking Display

In 2006 is there a way to create an object like the Properties window, something that can dock on the side which shows and manipulates data in the drawing? I asked this question a while back in the earlier versions and I was told that you could do it but you had to use something like C++.

    Thanks,

The other possibility is with the .NET API.
