Extension, OTRACK, TT not working

that sometimes happens to me when my 'polar' button is also toggled off.

Polar is on, all the polar settings are on in the Options, we have done a complete uninstall and reinstall (deleting registry items as well) we have even ran a repair.

This doesn't seem to be the issue either. My client can't even use the extension OSNAP. Any command that requires extension/tracking lines does not work.

Just so I am clear in my own mind...

I take it, TT ( Temporary Object Snap Tracking ) and TK ( Tracking / Track ) does not work as a Command Modifier for this person ?

What about typing OSnaps modes at the Command Line, do they work or not ?

OSNAP's work, but the extension OSNAP does NOT work. Anything command that has to do with extension lines does not work. Does that make sense?

Have they got "Shift to Acquire" ( Alignment Point Acquisition ) toggled "ON" ? Found on the "Drafting" tab of the Options dialog box.

I am having the same problem.

I am using AutoCAD Architecture 2013, and my running osnaps keep overriding my "from" or "tracking" osnap. How do I fix this?

the only thing I have found to fix the problem is to select everything and make sure the Z depth is set to zero.
Even though the properties for the objects will all say it is zero, it is not.
