You're asking if you want the Benz or the Ford as your company car? I'm as Rah Rah American as anybody, but I think I'll take the Benz, thankyouverymuch. Unless I'm paying for it out of my pocket, in which case I"ll take one of Henry's cars.
What about a 26" lcd widescreen from Olevia???
Seems those are going for around $500 theses days.
Really nice for watching movies.
Would that double as a good pc screen?
No the resolution is too low. Good for movies; but not good for CAD.Originally Posted by Robert.Hall

Verify the graphic card that you have, it needs to be a dual dvi -d pci express card.
I got a new card for 350.00 from Dell that works great.
Group;
I just heard about this new sale price for the 30” LCD monitor $1.530.00.
They say it is for a limited time only; which is about 30% off the original price.
Now Apple will have to reduce their monitors again because of Dell.

Isn't it the other way around? I heard that Apple dropped their prices a week or two ago... though not that low.
All else being pretty equal I'd go for the cinima so I could get the VESA mount. These huge monitors start to sag after a while and being able to upgrade the mount adds to the long term value.
