    Is it possible to create a solid panel with multiple layers? Thinking of panel made of alum skins on faces with hardboard and polystyrene insulation in the middle.

    Sure, just create a new panel family, they are just like other families you can add as many layers and subcategories as you desire. You can use curtain walls for tilt up concrete bldgs. play with the panel families, you'll like it.
