ADT 2005 Tutorials

Can someone help me access the tutorials in ADT 2005. I have tried HELP:Tutorials, but this opens a page with only a header, no files to access. I found a Tutorial folder in ADT5 but all files are compressed executables. I tried extracting a few of them but they still don't show up on the HELP: Tutorials pull down. I am sure I'll feel dumber when it is explained to me but right now i am looking for help

All right then, I do feel dumber.
I extracted all the files, opened the Help:Tutorial pull down and lo, a whole new set of instructions appeared to guide me through the fog.
