Express Tools - Layer Tools where are they?

Whats happend to the layer tool set of the express tools? They're no longer available under the express tools menu.

I was particularly fond of the select layer to freeze button, is there a substitute command for this?

You can try Format--> Layer Tools. Everything should be there.
