I wanted to bounce this one off you guys before I file a support request. The attached file shows a simple 5" slab (3" LW Concrete on 2" Metal Slab). Here's the issue. Have a look at either the section or the East Elevation. The profile is incorrect and is causing a lot of views to look just plain silly. I could live without the flutes/ribs showing the correct skew (although it would be nice if they did) but I definitely think the orientation of the deck should be represented correctly as you turn the corner.
My current fix for this is to override the detail level of the slabs to coarse while leaving the views overall detail level at medium or fine for the other geometry. In section views at larger scales I've been adding the deck back in manually.
From a performance standpoint I think these profiles are the way to go for most views but as we start adding more 3d and isometric views to our construction documents and presentations it would be nice to see the deck actually modeled. Any thoughts or other approaches? Thanks in advance.
FYI, the attached file is RST2, I am able to reproduce this in the latest RST3 Beta (currently running a little behind on deploying the actual RST3 Release).
