Label Annotation Orientation

Say that 5 times fast.
I have noticed that some families such as the refrigerator can be rotated and the text orientation is controlled to always read left to right or down to up. How is this label annotation made to maintain these standards?

Its a factory setting for annotation labels. Can't be done with standard text.
