What is the most straight forward method of showing poched walls in an architectural floor plan?
I would use a solid hatch that is screened back through the plot style. Others may have better ideas, though.

I'm interested in this question also. I usually use one of the line hatch patterns for existing walls, and a solid fill pattern for new, but I'm not satisfied with the "look" of those patterns in my working drawings.
Someone mentioned a "dots" pattern, which sounds perfect. I'm not an experienced autocad user (went directly from DataCad to Revit) so I don't know how hatch patterns are imported.
