I just quit plotting raster because it crased everytime. I was using the dwf export in 8.1. I had to keep everything vector and very few shaded/edges views. Autodesk told me that it was too much for the system.. basically used up too much system memory and it would continually do this.

Stupid Question, are you using the lastest Build of Revit? Build Number: 20060518_2300

    So there may be hope:

    Scott...a couple of questions:
    1. What build of revit 9 are you using and did you have probs with previous build?
    2. Is 1050 connected to a print server, if so, what system software is it running (ie: MS Server 2003?)
    3. What system software is on your PC's (XP?)
    4. What drivers are you using for the 1050

Note this is only happening to me when I do 'raster' prints (ie: shaded views or even when I do a 'raster' print of a plan) - vector prints are fine

Note there is another thread covering the same problem...raster on 'low' seems to work, but, obviously quality is low!

Thanks Scott, the only difference I can see is your "HP Device print server' - is this some sort of JetDirect device? Or is it a PC?

Also, are you a stand alone user?

I am having the same issue with the same printer. I am unable to print raster images as well. Instead of printing black, though, mine prints out a sheet of white, blank paper, after it desimates my print spooler. I have no idea what could be the problem, and it is happening to me on every project that we have in version 9. What a nightmare! Let me know if you have heard anything. Thanks.
