Where do you specify the titlemark you want to use as the default for your project? the OOTB titlemark does not include a reference to the sheet number. Therefore, I would like to replace it with another in the Content Browser. Where do I do this?

You need to modify the *.dwt file that is used to create your sheets. Look in the SSM properties to see what template is currently being used & modify that one.
