Ability to draw a circle with width

Summary: Either add the ability to specify a width to the circle command, or give the ability to speciy a donut by diameter/radius and width

Description: The ability to specify a donut by mean diameter (or radius) and width. Alternatively, it could be included in the circle command and would require only that a "width" prompt be added.

How Used: It's a question that often arises.
