Jumpy mouse while in command

I think I have fixed the problem. When everything was deleted, the problem ceased to exist. There must be a corruption in one of the xrefs, or a problem with a part of the drawing. Thanks for all your help.

Do you have any other programs running that might cause this?
I had to close some third party applications because the cross
hairs were moving around when I wasn't touching the mouse.
