Need help with scaling arcs

The drawing posted is an exercise with a couple of circles I need to scale with a 2" space between them. When the left circle is scale the right is also scale the same distance while maintaing the 2" space. The problem is I am getting a little discrepency on the right circle when scaled.

will, try this.
one of the entrapments of creating DB's is wanting to put too many parameters into a block when fewer will do just fine. a good rule of thumb is to start simple and go from there untill it does what you want.
keep at it, and never give up. DB's are worth the effort.

other than it being an 'independant' and include it in the move action? no.

Thanks, I got it figured out. I didn't have the coordinates correct after I set it to independent.
