Convert AutoCAD 2002 Image Tile menu to 2006

How can I convert my 2002 Image Tile Menu to a 2006 Image Tile Menu/

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, I did resolve the issues. Thanks for the help.

Resolution:
View, Toolbars, Tranfer tab, Open my companies .mnu file on the left, select Legacy, Image Tile Menus. Grab all images and transfer them to the new Legacy location on the Main .cui
