Are you really saying that you have a 3D model in model space, and you want to use VBA to create a 2D view of the model?

There is no ActiveX support for this.

In AutoCAD Mechanical 2D , use AMSCREATE, AMSNEW, or the context menu to create mechanical structure objects: new components, component views, folders, and annotation views.

There may be ActiveX support for those commands in MDT/Mechanical, but I don't have access to the help files for those products. Either look it up yourself, or perhaps someone else has some idea. You may also want to ask this question in the MDT forum.
