I cannot seem to get the Express Tools menu working in 2007. Were is the menu or CUI file to load it?

try typing expressmenu at the command line.

If that doesn't work, they may not have been installed; you can check out the "similar threads" feature down at the bottom of this page for more threads regarding this issue
