Able to Pan only so far within Floating Viewport

I am trying to create a new file in 2007 and have x-ref'd a couple of attachments to my modelspace. I go to paperspace (I have two viewports set-up). When I try to pan within either of the viewports I am only able to do so to a certain area and then it will not allow me to pan any farther. I tried to re-adjust the "limits"- is that the right thing to do? It did not work for me....

It could be as simple as requiring a REgen within the vport, but it probably isn't.

Thanks! That did it. I have been using paperspace for about 3 years now and that was a new one on me.
