Tool palette customisation & sharing

I created a bunch of tool palettes that I would like to share with the rest of the office. They were created on my local machine. I copied them to the network share and added that path to AutoCAD search path. But now they do not work at all. Do I need to add these tool palettes to the Enterprise CUI file?

Yes I did. After closing and re-opening AutoCAD several times it now works
