Default Custom Linetypes not loading - Bad definition at...

    Guys & gals,

I've developed a bit of a problem, I have a couple of custom linetype files (.lin) that I have used fine for a while, but now if I try to load any of them all I get is a message saying 'Bad definition at...'

Now the other thing is if I cut & paste any custom line into the dwg then try loading a custom file then there's no problem. The line that & import need not be in the .lin file that I then load.

    Any clues?

    WinXP, sp2, Acad 2005 Map 3D.

Do any of the lines contain a link to a text style that is possibly not loaded into the drawing?

I have that problem sometimes. I have a custom lin file that I sometimes use. It contains a text style I normally do not have in my drawing. That's why I remembered this one.
