Default LT 2004 FATAL Error: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at 7c826bd5h

My boss got the following error message 2 weeks ago before he went on vacation. He just got back and now can't figure out what is wrong.
He is using AutoCAD 2004LT. I went to autodesk forums and there were some other people with the same problem but no solutions.
Anyone know how to solve this problem?

Autocad Crashes after opening any file and doing 2 to 3 commands.

Any help on this matter would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

hi there... I'm going to move this from the Software forum to this one, as I believe it will be better served here.

    Good luck.
