3D Section Marks?

I remember there was a way to "orbit" a section view.

So the only thing in the 3D orbit is the extents of a section or detail marks crop box.
I can't remember how the 3D view was applied to the section mark, Does
anyone know how to do this???

1. Go to a 3d View
2. View -> Orient -> To Other View. . .
3. Choose your Section from the dialog
4. Rotate the view to see your 3d Section
