loading C3d & LDT 2007 over LT2004

Anyone know of any problems loading C3D & LDT 2007 on a computer previously loaded with LT2004? I've successfully loaded C3D but it won't load LDT Companion, Civil Companion, or Raster.

It should load fine, but it will break Lisp access to the Aecc.Application object in 2004. This isn't a problem if you don't use Lisp to access any Land Desktop entities or functionality in 2004. There should be no other problems (at least that I'm aware of).
