    Default snapping horizontal or vertical

    When drawing a drafting line it seems to want to snap horizontal eventhough i want to be just slightly less. i am wondering if there is a way to turn off the horizontal vertical snapping like turning off othro in acad?

    SO is the shortcut for snap off.
