    Default Reference Plane behaviour

i place two ref planes, and put a dimension constraint in terms of parameter
to govern them. When I change the parameter, which ref plane do you
expect to remain unmoved ? Always the first one I drawn.
    But
if I place three ref planes with unequal distances apart,
again give dimensional parameters in between ,
when I change the parameters, the last drawn ref plane
    remains uncharged this time.
Does anyone know the factory principle about this ?

    thx
