Is there a way to display the UCS icon on a plot. I can view it, but I can't print it.

Not that I've ever heard of.
You could make your own icons.
Why do you want to print it? You could always do a screen capture (Alt + Print Screen) to make a jpeg which will show exactly what is on the screen inc the ucs.
Rather than having a leader with an X, Y, zero reference, I wanted to try and jazz it up a bit so the CNC operator could spot it easier. It seemed like a good idea at the time. Thanks for responding, I'm a bit ackward never having used a forum before but it has a lot of potential.
No problem, hope you get to find this place useful, just be careful though it has a habit of being somewhat addictive.
What type CAD/CAM system do you use? I use MasterCam to programm CNC machines. When I do my drawing in MasterCam or import a DWG file. I use irfanview to print and it shows the UCS on it.
