Cool Tool Palettes different in Map that regular Acad

Some of our users have found that the customization in the tool palettes is different from regular autocad 2004 from map 2004. There seems to be more options available in regular acad 2k4. Is this correct, or am I missing something?
They have a different window in the last tab of the customization window that comes up where they can drag and drop tabs off and on multiple tool palettes, where in map there isnt that option - simply on or off (oh and move them up or down yippee)

Why didnt autodesk make them the same? is there some way to make them the same or am I going to have to go use regular acad 2k4 to make my tool palettes when I use map everyday?

I havent tried looking at Land yet to see if it is another variation there as well. I am wondering if I missed an update or if this is the really the case.

There is a tool palette extension that is available. It looks like it's been installed on your vanilla AutoCAD and not on Map.
