    Hey Kate,

If you haven't solved this already ... you'll probably get a response to this if you post it in the land desktop forum, either here in Augi or in the Autodesk users forum. (<-- more active community)

I might be inclined to disagree... it was posted in the C3D forum, so I'm assuming that is what Kate is using, and so assume that LDT is mentioned for its object enabler(s)?

If I am reading the program in question wrong, please post a correction, and one of the moderators will move the thread (please do not repost in another forum on augi.com).

    Yes, it is C3D.

Well, color me stupid for mis-reading the post. In my defense, I was led astray by the *Land Desktop* in the error message and assumed it was a LDT2006 loading error and not a C3D 2006 object enabler loading error .... and further assuming that Kate was still using LDT as the last file I got from Kate's company was in LDT.

So, not that this thread is getting some attention, what's the solution? Reload the ldt06 object enablers?

It is probably a pathing issue. THIS may help. Post back if not.

I had posted this issue in the wrong forum, so you can ignore the one I posted above. I tried the link from Tim and that cleared up most of the problems I was having. I still get this one though:

    Initializing....
    .
    C:\Program Files\Autodesk Civil 3D 2006\admapfdoenabler.arx cannot find a dll
or other file that it needs.
    ....
    C:\Program Files\Autodesk Civil 3D 2006\AcMapWorkspace.arx cannot find a dll or
    other file that it needs.
    .Failed.

    admapfdoenabler.arx Load Failed
    AcMapWorkspace.arx Load Failed

If anyone has any suggestions or ideas, I'm all ears.

It may be that there are more path issues besides what was included in that one link.

Maybe have a look at THIS and THIS and see if it clears things up.
