Unhappy My new custom menu turns off my partial cui's when loaded

I have created a pull down menu as a partial cui using the customization interface (very cool, much easier than with earlier verions) but I am having difficulty getting it to load and display on the menu bar. When I load it, using CUILOAD, it never appeares and all of the other partial cui's disappear from the menu bar.

I have verified paths, messed with workspaces and still no luck. I am sure there is some little thing I am overlooking, but I can't put my cursor on it. Can someone please guide me out of this mess?!?

You need to look into workspaces. There is a workspaces toolbar that allows you to restore predefined workspaces or save your own.

Use the CUI editor to modify the workspaces. This will allow you to select which pull-down menus you want to display.
