Can't delete object with delete button

When I select the object, I can't delete the object with delete button in keyboard. I've search in the Help menu, but aahhh it's too many, confusing.. Any solution? Thanx.

but can you delete it with the autocad command?

are you able select it at all?? maybe the object is on a layer that is locked

Set PICKFIRST to 1

If the objects layer was locked, it would say so on the command line.
