What is Facility Request? [FMDesktop]

Facility Request is not currently part of my pilot, but, our Business Manager wants to evaluate new CMMS software to replace their ancient request system. I was hoping to get more support for my FMD by rolling her CMMS into it... but, I can't really recommend it if it's too buggy, you know? I've got 6mil sq ft of hospital to help keep running... we can't have downtime for requests around here.
