    Default Revit Series and Licensing

Does anyone have any written words of exactly how the network licensing works for Revit Series please. Preferably in very basic English.

If I fire up Revit it takes a Revit License.

If I fire up Autocad it takes an Autocad License ??

If I fire up both ??? in whatever order ??

Simply put, you have one license. You can use 1 piece of software at a time. Open Revit, don't open AutoCAD. Open AutoCAD, don't open Revit.

    That's it ....

It gets a little more complicated when you throw in additional software licenses and network activations and subscriptions on some but not others, etc. If you want any info on that, you're reseller should be able to explain it to you. If they can't let me know and I'll put you in touch with my reseller; they're very helpful!
