    Default vertical angled wall

i am working on a residence that requires- kind of a bay window.
How can i angle the wall from the bottom of the floor at a 45d angle to the bottom of my vertical wall? SEE TEXT ILLUSTRATION BELOW........

    | <------------wall above
    / <-------------angled wall
    |<---------------T.O. stem wall

I really do not want to use a roof or new wall type for this..

You can either create an in-place family and assign it the wall category or you can create a mass in place and then place walls by face on the mass. The great thing about the mass method is that it lets you use your walls types and the wall assembly shows up correctly in section without any additional work.
You'll probably have to do some trimming of walls and editing of profiles to get the walls to join correctly.

So I will be using the mass as a guide to place an existing wall type onto it?
Will the exterior sheathing interact correctly?

Have not delt with masses but I will give it a shot.

    Thanks!

When you place your wall by face you are given a choice to where you want the wall located relative to the mass object. All the layers of the wall should clean up in section.
