Importing Mastermap data into Map3D

We use Map3D almost solely because of it's map importing function.
However, the data doesn't display properly.
I can use the same data in Arcmap (ESRI) and everything is there.
I really need some help on this.
I can supply data files if necessary.

Your request is not complete enough to really get a grasp of what the problem is. I assume you are missing some entities that are not displaying at all. Is it a shape file, object data present, poly file?
