ADT Student Version and ABS 2006 Trial Install issues

Hello-

Well I am at a complete loss, and that does not say much for me...ha ha.

I recently purchased and installed the student version of ADT 2K7 on my laptop and had it running no problem. I also bought the AOTC for ABS 2K6 which comes with the trial version of the software. Well I go to install it and I get a message saying that my license file has been deleted and I need to register the software.

So at this point I install both software packages successfully on my desktop computer and they both run with out any problems. With the ABS I have an option to register, purchase or run the software. And with ADT I just put in my registration codes I received from AutoDesk and all is fine on the desktop. So I try to clean up by uninstalling all software and doing a fresh install and still have the problem. I have even did a system restore and reformatted the hard drive with no luck.

Both machines have Widows XP Professional on them and actually the desktop is a little HP slimline with a celeron processor on it.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Try installing them in order of build. 2006 version first, then 2007. Also perform a clean install before doing that: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet...linkID=2476059
