    Default Customize room boundary?

I did a quick search and didn't see this covered already...

It appears when you place a room, there are 4 options as far as how the boundary is placed, and all of them place the boundary the same way on all walls. What I'm wanting to be able to do is mix boundary placements within one room... say, the boundary of one wall set to the inside face and the boundary of a different wall set to the centerline.

Is the only way to do this is to create an area plan? I'm thinking that's probably the answer, but wanted to know if I CAN customize the boundary of rooms, and I just didn't see it.

    Thanks for your help.

    Sean
