Just a quick post really. It has more than likely been covered before, but is there a way to get LT to accept lisp files?

It's impossible to load and execute lsp and (or) arx applications at ACAD LT. You have to use LT Extender for loading and executing lsp files or any kind of three-side software.
LT Extender is not too good (imho) - it could be loaded only on first loaded ACAD LT; it could crash you LT in 1 hour of working; sometimes standrard functions like (vlax-get-acad-object) returns errors; (vl-cmdf) returns nil if command finished successfully (in AutoCAD it returns nil only in fail or cancel command) etc.
Sure. You just need an add on like:Originally Posted by Beldin

Hi CAD Rat
Please note I have *moved* this thread from the AutoCAD Customization forum to this one, as I believe it will be better served here.
Thanks, Mike

Hi
If you require anymore information on this subject, take a look HERE.
Plus, give the forum search facility a try ( hint - limit your search to this actual forum ie ACAD LT General ).
Have a good one, Mike
LT-Extender is no longer available a/o 20 Feb 09. There are still, however, some freeware tools available for download from the site.
