Angry 2nd floor mess- wall visibility

My second floor viewproperties are looking shabby and I cant figure out why.

My first floor walls are fine- I chaned them per a tutorial to only show the core.

I thought that I duplicated that but I am getting a funny fill pattern on the second floor and by walls measure 5" instead of 3.5" but i cant see the finish layers.

Any help on this wall trick would be great. Acctually it would be great if revit allowed you to just see the core with a viewproperties check box

    Thanks,
    Max

I can't say for sure, but it looks like your view is set to course, change to fine or medium to see the core.
