If you go to the education link at the top of the page and look in AU handouts for programming there is some information you can down load.
Also through the same link have a look through the archived ATP courses.

Go to Amazon.com and type in AutoCad VBA in book title search. I have 5 books dedicated specifically to Autocad VBA. Also, many of the Acad manuals have chapters on VBA
