Is the trim decorative, or just a flat profile?
the trim is very decorative.
You need to make it as a plan extrusion, then a blend void in elevation. So in plan, click extrusion, draw a solid shape the thickness of your trim and make it from your spring point to the top of the trim, then in elevation, use a void to cut the bottom and top off. This gets you a curved arch shape. For the detail you will have to create that as either linework or a sep family that you nest in and copy around as needed.

Hey Scott,
Would you please post an example?
Thanks,

Here is a quick example showing the process. I do these in place in reality I just cant post a whole model, so this family shows the process. Since you can't curve the wall in a family, you need to make it in place or provide radius parameters in the trim family.
