Dynamic Block - List of views not available, instead a red arrow is displayed

I have a user who when she puts a dynamic, multi-view block into her drawing, and picks the arrow that should display the list of views available all she gets is a red arrow and no list of views. Is there a variable or something that is stopping the list from showing?

One of our engineers had something similar the other day. Check to see if the right-click menu is turned on - I think that was the problem here.

Are you using AutoCAD Dynamic Blocks OR ADT Multi-View Blocks ?
