Unable to install DWF Composer 1.0

Hello,

I have tried installing a DWF composer to no avail. Everything looks like it installed properly but after finishing install and trying to run the program... It crashed saying the module has encountered a problem and must close.
Uninstall , removing all trace of DWF composer both have been tied ... still nothing...

Any help / ideas / thoughts?

What version of DWF composer are you using? Have you turned off virus protection software when installing? Have you ensured you have admin rights on the login used to install the software and that the software is run at least once from that login?
