Civil 3D 2006 - Unable to open 2007 DWGs in 2006, some features are not displayed

Hi..

I need some help..

We are using Autodesk Civil 3D 2006 & recently we purchaced Autodesk Civil 3D 2007.

The problem is that we can't open 2007 dwg's in 2006, some features are not displayed??

Can you suggest anything in this regards?????

v2007 drawings are not compatible with earlier releases.

If possible, stop using 2006. r2007 with SP3 is light years ahead of any version of C3D 2006.
