I am printing my door schedule on A size sheets and therefore have to split it into two parts. So part of the schedule is on the sheet outline and the other part is off to the side where it shouldn't get printed. I am finding the printing settings to be inconsistent. On one sheet I use "print current window" and the sheet previews correctly showing only that part of the schedule which is on the sheet, but then when I want to print the other part of the schedule on another sheet I can't get the preview to only show the schedule on the sheet outline unless I use "visible portion of current window" and mess with the paper placement offset. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

    Thanks again

the print origin I believe starts in the lower left corner, so if you place something to the top or right of your sheet the print settings can stay the same, if you go to the bottom or the left you'll have to adjust your settings.

note that you can create multiple door schedules witht the same information and then arrange them as needed.

    Thanks Scott,

I made a duplicate copy of my door schedule and put the portion I didn't want printed to the right of the sheet layout and now they preview correctly.
