Batch Converter

i recently stumbled upon an issue

i do all my drawing Civil 3D 2007.. but most of our clients are still using acad 04 or acad 06.

at recent civ3D course i was told to save work in 07 format as it will resulting less crashing and faster loading of files.. and when I submit drawing I can use the batch converter to to convert them over to 04 mode. (multiple files at once)

well here is the problem

the properties dialogue box has text which i use in fields in the title block and the come over empty when i do a batch conversion?

if i do save as individually it will work fine

can some please provide input on this?
